Text box and bookmark

I have a template with text boxes. I use a user form and
bookmarks to transfer the text from the user form to the
text boxes. Works great until I select the template a
second time. Instead of putting the text into the text
box of the new document, it adds it to the last document
that was created (if it is open). Thanks for the help

You need to show us the code you're using for this, please?
And also tell us which version of Word you have.
