Text box border

Office 2007.
I am trying to create an Outlook template with graphics in it and a box in
the middle where one would type their message. I inserted a text box and then
chose "No-Fill" for the border. That works fine but when I click inside of
it, I still see a blue dotted line where the border was. If I send it to
someone then they also see the blue dotted line when they click within the
text box.
How can I get rid of the line?

That would be because you and they are Editing the text box. Try using a
text Field instead.

How do I insert a text field?
Sorry for my ignorance, I usually deal with server issues not Office issues.

In Outlook a "Message Field" is a text field.
