Text Box Default to no line, no fill

I build documents with graphics and text from the web by placing them in text
boxes or highlighting them and clicking text box. I want text box default to
be: no fill, no line, 0",0",0",0", resize autoshape to fit text - every time.
"Set AutoShape Default" dosen't seem to work for this.

Then try recording a macro when making these settings and see if running that
does the job for you?
