Text Box disappear when open Word 2002 document

Hi,

I have a sticky problem here. Thanks in advance if anyone
can help. I have created Word 2002 documents in Window XP
with 3 text boxes grouped. Then, I open it in Word 97 in
NT 4, the grouped text boxes disappear. It is weired. I
went in to search the KB articles and it mentioned
something about the import converter. Is anyone encounter
this type of problem and what is the solution?
