Text Box Disappears

I have a text box in a chart. When I click out of the chart the text box disappears. In order to make it appear again, I have to click it again. It doesn't do this on about a 50% view size, but at that proportion I can't read it. When I go back to 75% or larger it disappears. Have tried "Bring to Front" on text box; "Send to Back" on chart but no luck. HELP!
