Text box - macro

I work for a lawyer. We now file pleadings electronically. His pleading
paper has his name and address on the left-side of the page, mid-center, with
the text direction going vertical, and a black line going from top to bottom.
I need to make a macro for this so he can insert it on all the pages of his
document. Am I going about this wrong way? Can someone help me, or can you
tell me the best way to accomplish this? Thanks.

Yes, you're going about it the wrong way. You should be anchoring this text
box to the header of a template from which the documents will be created.
For an example of something similar, see the template using by the Pleading
Wizard in Word.

Suzanne, I made a template and anchored the header. How do I make that text
box anchor and appear on every page?

A text box anchored to the header *will* appear on every page. Anything you
create in the header will appear on every page.

I did something wrong. It appears on the first page, but not on any pages
thereafter.

Did you use View | Header and Footer before inserting the text box? You must
be in the header pane to insert anything anchored to the header paragraph.
Is this in the Header, or do you have a separate First Page Header? If the
latter, you'll need to add it to the Header as well.
