How can I make a text box with scroll funktion, like on the proff. sites?

Thank you.

HELP...again. I've been wrestling with this for a bit now...and I'm gettin'
nowhere. I've entered the HTML code from the recommended site below into the
HTML code fragment area in my Publisher file. It's not doing anything. What
am I doing wrong? It's just dropping the code into a text box. Is the
development of a text scroll box within a site just stretching the limits of
the Publisher program a bit too far? I really don't want to run the text down
the page.

TIA.

The code was not recommended by David Bartosik. Read what he said, and if
you can't get the code to work follow his advice to Google for alternative
code. You might also try using the insert html code fragment to insert the
html AND the CSS code...
