text box toggle print on off

Hi

I'm using Excel 2003.

I have one specific text box on my sheet that I dont always want on the
printed sheet.

Ive been trying unsuccessfully to create a macro that will toggle the
print object property of that box on/off.

Also ideally if possible I'd like an indication on the sheet which will
tell me if the print property is on or off. This indication could be
either a cell changing colour or text in a cell showing "on" or "off".

This is beyond my current macro skills and some pointers in the right
direction would be much appreciated.
