text box vertical position changes automatically

Whenever I press a left or right arrow key to move a text
box to the left or right the text box doesnt move left or
right, it freaking moves up. Is there a way I can fix this
or lock the vertical positioning.

Hi Chris,

FWIW, I don't see this problem. Sounds like it might be a
configuration issue particular to your machine. Have you
tried booting Windows in SAFE MODE to see if the problem
persists when you're using the installation default drivers?
