text box will not allow input

I just made another form like I did my two previous forms except this one
will not allow me to click on a text box to enter data after doing a query.
It will allow input BEFORE I do a query. I'm looking up records by a number.
Then as things get done, people's initials and the date are entered and
saved. Once I look up the record by the number, I can't enter any data. Any
ideas?

This will occur if the textbox is bound to an element or attribute that is
missing from the data source. Check the XML for the data you are retrieving
and make sure that this node exists.
