You can't, since Word text boxes don't support columns. What you can do is
fake it by adding a two-column table inside the text box, or you can place
two text boxes side by side and link them.
You don't. A text box is an AutoShape and cannot contain multiple columns.
It can contain a table, or you can use multiple text boxes, side by side,
linked so that text flows from one to the next.
