Select the text box & go to Format>Text Box (or Format>AutoShape depending
on what it actually is), on the Colors & Lines page select 'No Line' from
the Line Color List - or you can use the Line Color button on either the
Drawing Toolbar or Formatting Palette.
It is also possible but far less likely that Format>Borders & Shading was
used. If the above doesn't do it, however, try that.
