text boxes cut off

I'm using Word 2000, and when I copy in a diagram with text boxes into my
document, the bottoms of some of the text boxes get cut off. (it also prints
this way, so its not a viewing problem) Funny thing is that when I paste it
into a brand new document, it looks fine. Could it have to do with the
properties of the document? Where would I change those?

All the text boxes are no line/no fill, and I've tried playing around with
bringing them to the front, and that does not help.

Ideas?

Is it because your font is changing to a larger point size for some reason
