text boxes

i am trying to update my site and all my text boxes are going great until i
get to about half way down one of the pages and the text box changes font
formating.
i change it back and it looks ok until i preview and then it comes out bold
and italic.
having the same issue with my html fragments in the same spot. what am i
doing wrong

it feels that way i have been at this now for 6 hours and i cant seem to get
it
i have tried to bring the text boxs to the front and edited the hmtl
fragments alot with no look
