Click the text box to select it, then click Format > Text
Box. Click the Layout tab, and decide if you want
document text wrapped around the text box or if you want
it in front of or behind the document text. After you
have chosen, click Advanced. If you are not wrapping
document text around your text box, go to the Picture
Position tab and clear the check box for Move Object with
Text. If you are wrapping text, click the Text Wrapping
tab at Advanced Layout, and make your choices there. If
the problem is just trying to precisely place the text
box, with the text box selected press and hold Ctrl while
you use the arrow keys to nudge the box one pixel at a
time. Or, you could press and hold the Alt key while
dragging the text box with the mouse. You might have to
use some combination of the above to get the result you
need.
