Hi, We use Excel for our invoices and quotations, in each individual document we have a text box where each customers name and address is added, we want to mailshot all our customers who we have invoiced and quoted , is there a way ,other than copy and paste each individual address to get the information from the text box into apple address app or into a excel database which can then be transfrared to the apple address book.

Nope. Not without macros and/or Apple script.
