Find .wmf picture of a bottle, the Office ClipArt site has many

Ungroup the image, delete all the objects except the bottle.
Create your WordArt, right-click, save as a picture.
Select your bottle, right-click, format autoshape, expand the color, fill effects,
picture tab, browse to where you saved the WordArt picture.
The above is for Publisher 2002-03, if you have an earlier version, you will have to
open the drawing canvas by insert, picture, new drawing.
You can copy and paste the WordArt into Paint and save.
