How do you check text color in a formula?

eg =IF(C4.Color = 'Green', 'GO!', 'STOP!')

Hi Bill,

Excel does not support this kind of formula. You nedd a user defined
function (VBA). Have a look at

I thin Chip's formula CellColorIndex will do what you need
