Text Color Change

Can anybody tell me how to set a custom default text color for an
email message in Outlook 2003? I set the text color to a dark green
and want to change it, but I can't figure out how to change from dark
green!

I have tried Tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts, Choose Font; but the
only colors listed are the regular blue, black, yellow, green, red,
etc.

Anybody know how I can change this again?
