Text colours printing properly in XP print in black with Vista!

When using Windows XP and Word 2003-7 coloured text prints properly on my HP
1215. When use with Vista all text colours are printed black. How can I
correct this ?

Is the printer driver on the other computer set to print all colors as
black?
