Text Disappearing in Print Preview

Print preview is not showing whole pages, when I am
viewing documents in Print Layout view, and I am viewing
the bottom of a page to the top of the next, my pagination
will change, and in fact, sometimes when I go to view the
top of the next page, I will be missing some text. I
will then have to scroll back up and scroll back down
again. I am sure this has caused me problems with
pagination, thinking I only need to print 1 or 2 certain
pages when actually the whole document needs reprinting.

When a document doesn't appear identical in Print Preview to what you
see in Print Layout view it is a symptom of an incorrect printer
driver. Many printers, for example an HP Laser Jet 5, will recognized
another printer driver as say, an HP Laser Jet 3. However that doesn't
mean the printer will print correctly.

Try obtaining an updated printer driver for your specific printer from
the manufacturer's web site and see if that resolves the problem.
