I see this every now and then, and of course it's now popped up as a problem with the CEO and her assistant, so here I am.
A user creates an appointment and invites someone, that person accepts or rejects it and edits the text to state the reason for accepting, changing or declining it and sends it back, the original user then cannot see any of the text in the appointment even the original text they entered when they created it.
Another problem here is user a creates an appointment with multiple attendee's, user b then edits the appointment replying to all on it, the text problem mentioned above occurs so to see if I get it and can see the text user b try's sending it to me but receives an error saying she can't send on behalf of the original user a even though she was successfully able to do so before. Is that a normal function since user b was changing/adding a new recipient?
