Text Display Problem in Reports

I have an Access 2002 report that should display a meeting
summary; however the entire field will not show on the
report. The field type is set to memo. I know this is
basic, but I am baffled. HELP!!!

Set the "Can Grow" property for the related textbox (you might try the same
property for the section containing the textbox, also) to "Yes".

If it gets truncated in the query, this is usually caused by phrases in the
sql such as "DISTINCT", "DISTINCTROW", "GROUP BY",...
