text division in tables

Susan Delgado

When I type text into a table, it divides the words at the end of lines
rather than keeping it together and putting it on the next line. Sometimes
it will put one letter on a line and the rest of the word on the next line.

Unless a single word is too long for the column width, this is usually a
symptom of font or document corruption. See
