text entry in tables within a form

Can anyone tell me if, whilst using a table within a form, it is possible to get the text to automatically wrap to the next table ROW down, instead of just making the row higher, after a specified length? Or, is this only practical to achieve by creating a white box with scrollbar? (I really need the table gridlines in the format)

Not sure that this is practical either. What are actually trying to do?
