Text field 255 character limit

tAnyone have any thoughs on how to get around the 255 character limit on
Access text fields. I've got product descriptions that run longer than that
and need to enter them on forms and print them on reports.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the DataType options in design view again. There is one called "Memo".

I just want to let you Gurus know that your responses help a LOT of people
(usually ones who are pulling their hair out!!). I've been trying to
concatenate two fields for a report (as I cursed, "I can't believe Access
doesn't let you do this!!@#). Of course, I'm the dummy...LOL! This is the
second problem this forum has solved for this noobie tonight. I can't
believe my good fortune. Thx a mint and keep up the wonderful work as it is
truly appreciated (=
