I'm trying to export a report from Access 2003 into Excel 2003. One of the
fields contains text values such as "01", "01A", "07A", "07B", etc. When
they are exported to Excel, leading zeroes are removed for "01",
"02",...,"09" and four values are changed into fractions:
"01A" becomes 1/24
"07A" becomes 7/24
"20A" becomes 20/24
"22A" becomes 22/24
For some reason, "34A" remains 34A and "07B" remains 07B.
Do any of you know why this would be happening and what could be done to
resolve the issue? I've tried the Format() and CStr() functions in Access,
but to no avail.
