Text field placement in relation to task bar

I try to keep most of our projects on one sheet of paper, taking very little
vertical space. I would like the task bar starting date before the bar and
ending date after the bard, and the task name before or after either of those
dates. This is possible in other schedule programs. I do not want to place
any fields above or below the task bar, and certainly no inside the task bar.

Insert a text field, right click the column header and select customize.
Click the "formula" button and enter a formula like this:

[Finish] & " " & [Name]

Then go to the format menu, select barstyles and add that text field to the
barstyle you want to display in the location you want.
