text file with headings throughout

if the columns are lined up throught the text file the
unwanted infromation can be deleted with a delete query
after the import using one of the missing fields

However, throughout the file there are page and column
headings. Is there a way to get around them to import just
the data? Or do I have to go through the text and remove

Yes the column are lined up throughout. I'll give this a try. Thanks for the suggestion.
