Hi there
I have come across a problem working with the "drop caps" function in Word.
I have a text in which each chapter starts with a drop cap, which is all
fine and good. But even though the "Distance from text:" is set to as
little as 0.1 cms (or even less), the text seems not to want to stay too
close to the drop cap. When initially I create the drop cap, it looks
ok, but if I save the file and open it again, the text will often have
suddenly "jumped away" from the drop cap, making the text look somewhat
incoherent. If it hasn't done it right away, going to the "Print
Preview" and zooming in and out will do the trick. Also, whenever I try
to produce a PDF-document from my word file, it does the same thing.
Any ideas for a solution?
Sincerely,
Rasmus
