Text following a shape

I am wanting text to follow the shape of an object, ie a circle. The text
should appear wrapped around the outside of the circle. How do I do this?

You can get text around a circle using some of the WordArt shapes. Beyond
that, you need a graphics app that can do "text on a curve."
