text form in multiple documents

I would like to know the best way to have multiple
documents that need text to be prefilled in other word
2003 documents... Should I be looking at using text forms,
textboxs, xml or using vb. I have 4 word documents that
all have the same information in all documents - Name,
Date and document number. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

How about setting up a Mail Merge document: one main document with fields and setting up the data source with the specific information. Sounds like it would work here.
