I have a user who is experiencing a strange problem.
Whenever she composes a new message, the bold, underline,
italics and font style options are greyed out. Her email
format is set to Outlook Rich Text Format. I have tried
changing it to HTML and Plain Text (knowing that Plain
Text won't allow them anyway). I have run a repair on
Outlook. This is only a problem with new emails she is
composing. The text formatting options are available on
emails she receives.
It seems that her email format is stuck in Plain Text,
even though the setting is on Rich Text.
Can anyone help me?
