I am trying to use "Text from File" functionality in word 2007. The document
I want to link to is located in a document library inside sharepoint 2007.
When I select insert as link I get the following error:
"This file could not be found"
If I try to insert an object and then chose "Create from file" tab and then
the same document and select "link file" it works fine but only displays the
first page of teh linked file. After a bit of tweaking I found out that by
using Alt-F9 I can change the parameters of the LINK tag to \a \t and then it
displays all pages.
So my question is why doesnt it work the way it should plus what is the
difference between INCLUDETEXT (Text from file) and LINK Word.Document.12
(Insert Object -> CREATE From File with link)
Thanks
