We are writing hundreds of surveys every year and want to make a tex
generator. Is it possible to make buttons in a word document in which
can press and it will input a certain text in the document? Th
texts/sentences have to come in the same order as I press the buttons.

I have Word 2010.
Is this possible

If you are saying that you just want to insert certain predefined text
blocks or sentences quickly, look into the Building Blocks feature which
does exactly that. If you want something more "advanced," you'll need a
macro.
