text in an unknown language

I have a power point prz that is displaying non-sense text. It looks to be
Latin but no matter what I choose as a language it does not convert to
English. I saw a MS article saying its unreadable text, however it did not
give a solution or a reason the text converted. The title on the slide is in
English but the text box is not:

Here's what it looks like:
Lorem Ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit.

That's greek, often used as a placeholder text.

Is this a presentation that you created, or you received? A lot of time,
'Lorem Ipsum' is used to indicate that text will be filled in later. I don't
think that PPT has substituted the text, it was most likely put there on
purpose. If this is a document that you created, I don't know why PPT would
substitute the text (I don't even know if this is possible)
