Text in Balloon Comments Is Hidden

Hi All,

I have a client who sent me a Word document with Comments, but the
text of the comment is hidden. I can see the author name/date/time,
but the text is hidden. I've tried going to Format, Style, Modify,
Format, Font, but the Hidden box is not checked. Can anyone help me
"unhide" this text?

Kathy, what happens when you look at the comments in the reviewing
pane at the bottom of the page instead of in the balloons? Is the
text visible then? If not, maybe there isn't any!

Thanks, Patty! The first comment was not visible in the reviewing
pane, but the subsequent ones were! So maybe there was nothing in the
first one!
