Some of the text in my document doesn't appear when I
print the document. My document is a 2 page document set
up with more than one column using the Format>Columns
command. The body of the text is set up in a one-column
table with multiple rows (the table is one column that
continues from one column on the document to the next).
Often, when a table cell goes from one column to the next,
the text in the cell at the top of the second column
doesn't appear on the printed version. The document looks
fine on screen but when you print it there is a blank spot
at the top of the next column where there should be text.
I'm using Word 2002, Windows 2000 Professional. There are
no page breaks or section breaks in my document. I've
printed this document to multiple printers with the same
result and I've tried creatind a PDF of the document, all
with the same result. Also, other people I work with have
run into the same problem.
Has anyone encountered this? If so, how can I fix it?
