Text in Organization Chart nodes

Hi,

I've found a macro that will create an organization chart from a data
source. However, when the chart is being created, the text in the
upper branches is scaled down so that the bottom levels have the size
text I want but the top levels have a tiny font size.

Is there any way to stop this behaviour ?

At the moment, I have to select the top level node and then its
branches and then I can change the font size for all of them. If I
cant stop the font size scaling is there a way of reproducing the
workaround in vba ?

You would have to copy and paste the code from the macro into a message that
you post back here for anyone to be able to see what is being done to cause
this.
