Text in page 2 does not show up unless I create a page break

I'll be typing and notice that when I get to a new page, my text doesn't show
up. Word doesn't even show that I am at a new page. To actually see the
page, I have to create a page break.

Do you have a printer driver installed and set as the Windows Default
printer? If you do, check to see if it is up to date, then delete and
reinstall it.
