Text in two shapes simultaneously?

I need to type the same information in two text blocks on every page of my
large document. Is there any way to type text in one block and have it
simultaneously appear in the other block? Thanks!

1. You need to find out ID of main shape. Select Shape, then in menu
Format>Special and look to it's ID, 1, for example.
2. Select 2nd shape, then in menu Insert>Field. In this window in Category,
select Custom Formula and set

=SHAPETEXT(Sheet.1!TheText)

where 1, is ID of main shape.
So, when you type smth in main shape, it will appear in 2nd shape.
