I use One Note 2007 continually for all my meetings. I'm always impressed
how it recognizes my handwriting. However, I've encountered a problem that
seems to be unique to One Note 2007 (I started and upgraded from One Note
2003).
After a certain amount of time (not amount of text), when I tap the [Insert]
button on the TIP panel, no text appears on my page. Sometimes, I'll scroll
up and find it way out of place, but even when I carefully tap the area, and
see the cursor, most times, the text never appears, and the TIP is cleared,
so I have to re-enter the text. I usually switch to the keypad TIP so I
don't waste my efforts. I don't experience the same problem in other
programs (Word/Outlook/IE 7.0)
I placed a question here before and received a reply from someone that
shared the same problem, but I've never had an answer if this is a bug, or if
there is a fix. It's very annoying, and reduces the utility of One Note for
me drastically. I never had this problem with One Note 2003.
Any information out there?
Thanks
