Text Inside WordArt

I want to put text inside of the text of a WordArt (or basically any large
text).

How can I do this?

If I could make the Text Fill transparent and the shape (not text)
background white, I could put the text behind the WordArt.

What version Word? Create your text graphic in Paint. Save. In Word 2007,
Insert, WordArt, Fill, Picture, browse to the text graphic. In earlier versions
of Word the procedure is similar.
