Text is not sharp

some of the text in my documents have a slight swirliness to it. Not sharp.
Like the printer was moving while printing. I have changed text, using Ariel
12 point, which is usually a clean sharp print.

Maybe the printer was moving (or rather, the paper didn't go in
perfectly straight) while it was printing.

Not a Word question.
