Text Levels - Combining - OneNote 2007

I have not figured out how to combine levels of text in the beta version. In
the old version you could just drag two text sections together and it would
automatically join them. How do you do this in 2007?

Hold the ALT key while draging one note container onto another.
they will merge together into one container.

If you drag Note A onto B from the bottom, note A will be placed after
the test in Note B

If you Drag note A onto Note B from the Top, the Text of Note A will be
placed before the text in Note B
