Text missing from responses to received emails

Hi,

I have a strange problem here. One of my users (the only one with this
problem) has text mising from the responses she sends to received emails. I
will try to be more explicit; she receives an email, types her response and
sends it out. When the person at the other end gets it there is text
missing, as if she never finished typing her respone and sent it out. When
she checks in the sent messages box, the message is exactly as the person
stated it was (the said text IS missing). She is on a Win2K SP4 machine
running Office 2000 SP3 (everyone here has the same setup). Her machine is
new and I did the whole setup (as with all my machines here). She is the
only one with this problem.

Does anyone have any ideas, I am stumped.
