text missing when report published to word

hi

i am very new to access, and am working in a database that someone else
created.

i have managed to import new data so that the existing report updates.

the problem i have occurs when i "publish to word" - for some cases the text
contained within a text box is cut off (i.e. incomplete) in the word version
of the report.

I have tried a few things such as field type, and ime etc but it keeps
happening.

Any suggestions to overcome this would be appreciated.

If it shows correctly in the report preview, and only truncates on export,
the 2nd link under Exports will be the most likely issue.
