Text no print link shown on screen?

Why does my text in a cell change when I zoom out? or go to print preview.
Example I have a cell with wrap enabled in normal or page break view on word
is on the third line and in print preview it jumps to the next line. why?

Office XP Pro all updates applied

Thanks,
Joe

I think WYSIWYG is a guesstimate--not quite exact.

But if you zoom is changing stuff (at 75% and under 75%), you may want to change
this. It's a registry tweak that tells excel not to substitute a different font
when the zoom goes below 75%.

Debra Dalgleish posted this:

You can change a registry setting to prevent this from happening (make a
backup copy of the registry first):

1. From the Start button, choose Run
2. Type regedit then click OK
3. Click the + sign to the left of HKEY_CURRENT_USER
4. Open Software, Microsoft, Office, 9.0, Excel, Options
5. Choose Edit>New>DWORD Value
6. Type the name for the DWORD: FontSub
7. Press Enter to complete the renaming
8. Choose Edit>Modify
9. Type 0 as the value, select Decimal, and click OK
10. Close the Registry Editor

=====
That 9.0 will vary with your version of excel.

You may want to experiment with a different/newer printer driver for your
hardcopy problem. It may even vary between printers.
