Text Over Background

Hi,
Can someone help me as to how to make text readable over a bright
background.

I have chosen a background and trying to display some text over the
background. But the text is not readable properly. I also played with
transparency in powerpoint but still the background looks more
prominent.


Can some suggest as to how to select the background or modify my
background such that text over the background is easily readable.


In short my probelm is that currently my background seems to be more
prominent whereas I want my text to be more prominent.

Dear swaans,

Go to Format > Background. In the drop down menu, change your background as
desired. Choose either Apply or Apply to All for background color change to
take affect.
