Text pasted in Notes repeats in Calendar Details view

In Outlook 2002, when I paste text into the Notes section of a new appointment, and then try to print the Calendar Details view, whatever I pasted will somehow find its way into the Notes section of many future appointments. This seems to happen only with the Calendar Details _printout_ (if you open up those future appointments, the pasted text does not show up there), and it happens no matter what I'm pasting from (OE e-mail, Word document, etc.).

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I have not been able to duplicate this problem. Do you have exact steps to
reproduce?

And what version of Office is this? The newsgroup interface you are using
apparently does not quote earlier messages in the thread, making your latest
message so short on detail that you risk not getting the answer you're
looking for. Please take the time to quote the original message.

Hi, thanks for your help!

OK, this is how it happens:
1. In another Office application (OE or Word), pick up some text with Ctrl+C.
2. In Outlook's Calendar, open up any previously entered appointment.
3. In the large white block, paste the copied text.
4. Save & Close.
5. Go to File/Print...
6. Switch the Print Style to Calendar Details Style.
7. Hit either Print or Preview.

What I get is the pasted text plastered at random all over the page. It
overlaps with other text and the decorative boxes.

Sorry. It's Outlook 2002. Doesn't matter what
application/version the copied text is from.

(And, in case it matters: Windows XP Home, version
5.1.2600, service pack 1 build 2600. I've kept up with
all Windows updates as prompted.)
